We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Oh my gosh thanks for the fave. I sound over excited because no one has faved anything other than my Doctor Who poem for months, except for on my Shout IT Out. Um, sorry for the ramblings.
Oh please. I'm used to it. I never really expected much when I joined dA. Just a place to put my utterly terrible stuff (back of the gallery is where those are at) because I thought they were amazing. Then it really became more of a social site for me to chat and oogle gorgeous artwork.
I agree with you. It's really more of socialization than anything else. It doesn't really matter though. I know I'm not gonna sell anything of my artwork here. But I like seeing reactions, comments, feedback etc - whenever I get...! really helpful and interesting sometimes.
I'd like to sell some stuff here (if anything just for a few bucks it might get me) but I WILL read the fine print first. But I've met some great people here (most in other countries) and I certainly don't mind that.
